She was predeceased by: her parents, James Chamberlain and Eleanor E. Blosser Chamberlain; and her siblings, Debbie Gregory and Jackie Parker. She is survived by: her husband Charles D. Cutlip; her children, Heather Chamberlain of Ohio, Damien Winter (Erica) of Parkersburg, Christopher Wilkinson (Mellissa) of Parkersburg and Chad Wilkinson (Kelly Hart) of Wirt County; and her siblings, Brenda Chaffin (John) of Charlotte, NC, Ronnie Farley and Eddie Parker of Parkersburg. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of South Parkersburg (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
