He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorriane Anthony and James Virgil Caplinger; his son Ronald Moyer; and his brother Monty Caplinger. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Caplinger; his children, Tammy Bell (Kenneth), Delana "Charly" Blizard (Russell), Don Moyer (Amy), James "Jimmy" Caplinger and Harvey Caplinger Jr. (Melissa); his great great grandchild Millie; and his sister Linda Brightbill. He is also survived by 24 Grandchildren, 37 Great Grandchildren.
