We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Hallie M. Oxley of Parkersburg, West Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon J. Oxley; his son Hallie M. Oxley, Jr. (Maria); and his grandchildren, Armando, Marcus, D'Anthony, Alexander, Matthew and Arian. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; two nieces; one nephew; and many family members and friends.
