She is survived by: her children, Nicki Nickles (Rick) of Mineral Wells, Roger Smith (Michelle) of Parkersburg and James Smith of Mineral Wells; her grandchildren, Sydney Smith and Zachary Smith; her great grandchild Elias Shaffer; and her friend Kathleen Sandmeier. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
