Freda Mae Horner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Freda Mae Horner of Parkersburg, West Virginia, born in Eaton, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee George Sprout Sr. and Grace Evans Sprout; her son Stephen Lee Phillips; her husband Clemmie E. Horner; and her siblings, Lee George Sprout, Jr., Fred William Sprout, Martha Metz and Dorothy Yglesias.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Phillips Casto (Kevin) of Scott Depot, WV; and her granddaughters, Lauren Fogle (Dallin) of Winfield, WV and Hannah Patton of Scott Depot, WV. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
