With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Mae Arthur of Parkersburg, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Daryl Nonamaker and Leona Nonamaker; her son Adam Arthur; her brothers, Bud, Ron and James Nonamaker; and her sisters-in-law, Ruth and Barb Nonamaker.
She is survived by: her husband James Arthur; her children, Amy Arthur, Rick and Tony Perkins; her son-in-law Michael Stivers; her grandchildren, Nathan, Allie, Kyle Perkins, Elizabeth and Brayden Arthur-Stivers; her great grandchild Brilynn Perkins; her siblings, Joyce Young (Wayne) of Columbus and Don Nonamaker of Vienna; her sister-in-law Sharon Nonamaker of Vienna; and her daughter Misty Miller. She is also survived by friends, and several nieces and nephews.
