She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Edward Ray and Beulah Ruth Ray O'Brien; her husband Curtis W. Smith; her children, Virgil Smith and Juanita Bryant (Joe); and her siblings, Arnold Ray and Phyllis O'Brien.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Brunty (Rocky) of Belpre, OH, Dianne Somerville (David) of Lehigh Acres, FL and Roger Smith (Leslie) of Belleville, WV. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
