It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Nelson of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on April 4, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Cooper and Rosemary Garner Cooper; her husband Robert "Bob" Earl Nelson; her brother Richard Cooper; her nieces, Debbie Gunter and Carlissa; her great-nephew Garry Wilcox; and her parents-in-law, James and Edna Nelson.

She is survived by: her daughter Terri Rollins (Marty) of Walker, WV; her granddaughter Isabelle Shae Rollins of Walker, WV; and her siblings, Delores Little (Norman "Nute") of Parkersburg and David Cooper (Marian) of Plant City, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
