It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dottie Lou Wagoner of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland "Blackie" Blackwell and Sue McDonald Blackwell; her husband Clarence Wagoner; her former husband James Wagoner; her sister Lottie; her daughter Kelly; her friend Robert "Bob" Daley; and also Lloyd (Stella).
She is survived by: her pets, Dewey, Chico, Chichi and Pedro; her daughter Sandra Day (Frank); her grandchildren, Kristyn Smith (Billy), Faith "Fae" Steele (Daniel), Frank Day, Kaelyn Day and Gabriel Blosser; and her friends, Judy Knopp, Betty Davis and Lavona McMillan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
