She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrea Dowler and Weldon Dowler; and her sisters, Linda Rake Pasco and Cheryl Anne Rake Starsiak. She is survived by: her daughter Jena Rake; her significant other Mother Evelyn Brooks of North Carolina; her sisters, Debbie Huss of North Carolina, Deena Deem of Parkersburg, Anne Valley (Beth) of Maine and Roberta Koons; and her friend Dawn Buskirk (Winnie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of Parkersburg (400 Green St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home (400 Green St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). The inurnment will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (2101 23rd St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
