He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl M. Stephens and E. Jean Miller Stephens; his brothers, Dave Stephens and Ronald Stephens; and his stepson-in-law Nick Null.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Buskirk Stephens; his stepchildren, Tanya Null of Virginia Beach, VA, Heather Stephens of Parkersburg, William Michael Fisher and Shane Ricker (Tesia) of Pickerington, OH; his foster son Bill Breeding (Jenny); his sister Linda Harris (Ed) of Parkersburg; his sister-in-law Jane Stephens; his grandchildren, Abigail Badgett, Gabrelle Badgett, Hunter Null, Chase Null, Brett Null, Haven Kulisz, Liam Breeding, Ian and Emma Ricker; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Argast (Patrik), Lesley Cline, Joseph Harris (Carrie), Chase Stephens (Polly) and Mikos Henthorn; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luca, Adrien Argast, Lauren Cline, Carlen Joseph, Benson Kai, Declan James Harris, Jessica and Jack Stephens; and his close friend Paul Astorg.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lambert Tatman Funeral Home (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home of South Parkersburg (2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, WV 26101).
