She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Wilson and Juanita Limer Wilson; her husband Gary H. Bailey; and her brother David Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Reggie Bailey (Wendy) of Belpre, OH, Seth Bailey of Mineral Wells and Heather Bailey of Vienna; her siblings, Carole Weekley (Carroll) of Parkersburg, Charles R. Wilson (Anna) of Parkersburg and William Spence Wilson (Charolette) of Pettyville; and her grandchildren, Charlotte and Carson Bailey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
