We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2023, at the age of 90, Clifford Luther Conrad of Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Conrad and Lena Conrad of Lowdell; and his sister Wilma (Tom Lough). He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Peggy Howard (Roger) of Charlotte, N. C., Kathy Heflin (Robert) of Parkersburg, Sandy Deem (Roger) of Charlotte, N. C. and Kelly Jones (Chris) of Rockport; his grandson Adam Heflin (Jessica) of Morgantown; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Mila, Charles, Brooks, Morgan Parsons (Jeremy) of Parkersburg, Casey Benson (James) of Huntington, Meredith Deem of Charlotte, N. C., Candice Black (Steve) of Parkersburg, Laura Welch (Matthew) of Houston, Texas and Zoe Heflin (Jake Charles) of New South Wales, Australia.; and also, Jack, Maren and Jace. He is also survived by his family and friends.
