She is survived by: her daughter Linda James (Elbon) of Normantown, WV; and her grandchildren, Phillip Peggs Jr. of Parkersburg, Jeremy Scott James of Normantown, Joshua Lee James of Martinsburg, WV and Jennifer Lynn Whetzel of Hedgesville, WV.. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
