It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Ruth Stutler of Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Beckett and Oza Ann Beckett (Allred); her husband Charles E. Stutler; and her siblings, James M. "June" Beckett, Jr., Grace Pierson, Peggy Pierson and Sharon Buffington.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Stutler, Jr. of Vienna, Cheryl Smith of Parkersburg, Carrie Richards of Parkersburg, Michael Stutler (Veronica) of North Carolina and Consuela Mowery (Dan) of Parkersburg; and her sister Audrey Balderson. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
