Beulah JoEllen Bailey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beulah JoEllen Bailey (Parkersburg, West Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 1, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Anna Geraldine Jones. She is survived by: her sons, James Rance Bailey (Denise) of Wirt County, Matthew Bailey (Andrea) of Wirt County and Willard Bailey (Conni) of Wirt County; her great grandchild Hunter Bailey; her siblings, Gary, Tom, Roger, Steve, Becky, Mark and Tim; and her significant other James L. "Bud" Bailey.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Services and Crematory - Parkersburg (403 7th St, Parkersburg, WV 26101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wirt County 4-H Leaders and American Cancer- Carmen Hathaway.
