She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Kenneth Dawson and Cora Cox Dawson; her husband Emmett William Pickens (Junior); and her son Bryan Lee Pickens. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Michael Pickens Cutler (Missy) of Ohio, Jamie Gerald Pickens (Tammy) and Shiela Ray Valentine (Steve). She is also survived by Several Brothers and Sisters; 8 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
