He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Bobby and Mabel Bailey; and his great-uncle Michael Bailey. He is survived by: his parents, James Phillips and Amanda Bailey Phillips of Coalwood, WV; his grandparents, Dexter and Angela Bailey of Panther, WV; his great-uncle Adrian Lester of Long Pole; his sister Scotlann Phillips of Coalwood; his stepbrother Aiden Phillips of Coalwood; his great-aunt Beverly Lawson of Princeton; his cousin Amy Lawson Mullins of Morgantown; and also, Luther and Iona Bailey of Panther.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced with no more than 25 people in attendance.
