It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Nell Steele of Panther, West Virginia, born in Grundy, Virginia, who passed away on June 14, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenis Matney and Lou Jane Ashby Matney; her former husband Kennis Justice; her husband Robert J. Steele; her daughter Diana Bailey; and her grandchildren, Michael F. Bailey, Lisa Marie Anderson and Andrew Justice.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Justice (Dave), Eddie Justice (Valorie), Roberta Anderson (Glenn), Lisa Auville, Andy Justice (Rita) and Michelle Stewart (Tony); her son-in-law Flem Bailey; and her grandchildren, Steven Bailey, Pam Bailey, Amanda Bailey, Heather Bailey, Shauna Justice, Briana Bailey, Melody, Timothy Justice, Eddie D. Justice Jr., Dedra Anderson, Rebecca Vanover, Heath Justice, Andrea Justice, Greg Lester, Glenn Stewart and Jonah Stewart. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
