He was predeceased by: his parents, Ance Cline and Laura Blankenship Cline; and his siblings, Connie Justice, Sharon Lusk, Wilma Smith Coleman, Kenneth "Bo" Cline, Philip "Dino" Cline and Edmond Cline.
He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Cline of Panther, WV and Margie Lee of Collinsville, VA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
