She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Matney and Eddie Branham Matney; her siblings, Emilou Lester and Freelan Matney; and her siblings-in-law, Ira Lester, Molly Matney and Jerleen Matney.
She is survived by: her husband Leonard Bailey Sr.; her children, Leonard Bailey Jr. (Juanita) of Davy, Richard Bailey (Amanda) of Panther, Kristie Browning (John) of Iaeger, Regina Justus (Homer), Dennis Bailey (Heather) of Panther and Kevin Bailey (Jessica Justice) of Iaeger; her grandchildren, Amber Bailey, Austin Bailey, Tessa Bailey, Tyler Bailey, Brittany Davis, Courtney Browning, Haley Justus, Kaitlyn Justus, Brady Bailey, Leah Bailey and Miranda Bailey; her children, Hunter Bailey, Lillian Bailey, Alaina Grace Bailey and Aubrey Rowe; her great grandchildren, Addison Matney, Bentlee Matney, Weston Davis, Kelsey Davis, Laney Bailey, Lyalh McCollum and Corah McCollum; and her siblings, Geraldine Lester, Adeleen Lester (Roy), Maxine Lauderback (Lewis), Gathern Matney (Frances), Lindsey Matney (Beulah), Elbert Matney, James Matney (Penny) and Jonathon Matney (Tasha). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
