It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy Loretta Lockhart Justice of Panther, West Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on January 30, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Lockhart and Lorine Blankenship Lockhart; and her brother Leon Lockhart. She is survived by: her husband Danny Justice; her daughters, Amanda Cline of Panther and Sarah Shirley (Brian) of Tazewell, VA; her grandchildren, Katharyne of Panther, Trey Cline of Panther, Travis of Tazewell, VA and Alex Shirley of Tazewell, VA; and her brothers, Clark, Larry, Harlen and Alvin Lockhart.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced.
