He was predeceased by: his parent Sherman Lee Caudill, Jr.; and his grandparents, Adam Cline, Elizabeth Cline, Sherman Lee and Sythie Shelton Caudill.

He is survived by: his parent Sharon Cline Caudill; his daughter Sara Lester of Panther, WV; his half-brother Timothy Hastings of Kentucky; his aunt Christine Frazier of Virginia; and also Marty Matney of Panther, WV.
