It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Joe Collins of Panther, West Virginia, born in Welch, West Virginia, who passed away on July 6, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his father McArthur Collins of Iaeger, WV; his daughter Tiffany Collins (Marc Wellman) of Welch, WV; and his sister Monica Goodman (Kelly) of Panther, WV..
