With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernice Rush of Panther, West Virginia, born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Sutton and Mildred Sutton; her daughter Debbie Albarran; her grandson Bryan F. Upperman; her siblings, Nelson Sutton, Earl Sutton, Kathryn Kindrew and Donald Sutton; and her nephew Charlie Witte.
She is survived by: her children, Marjorie Upperman (Tom), Royal Klinger of Easton, PA, Richard Klinger of Tannersville, PA and Sharon Swed; her grandchildren, Mike Upperman, Dan Upperman, Jackie Albarran, Jason Albarran and Michael Albarran; her great grandchildren, Jennifer, Jayden and Cody Albarran; her great great grandchildren, Isabella and Adrianna; her siblings, Alice Zeigler, Elmer, Tony and Joey Sutton; her half-brothers, Pat and Tommy Geziz; and her nieces and nephews, Alice, Elaine, Sharon, Lou Ann, George, Nelson, Albert, Johnny, Millie and Nancy. She is also survived by her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
