He is survived by: his children, William Mander Sutphin, Jr. of Ridgecrest and Angelena Petra Sutphin of Florida; and his siblings, Edward, Barry, Barron, Karen Sue, Julie, Cindy and Ashley. He is also survived by his grandchildren.
