He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennings "JB" Burl and Laura Jean Locke (Earhart); and his sister Cynthia Darlene Kirkhart. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Locke (Johnson); his children, Denise Neff (Chris) of Paden City, WV and Jason Locke of Paden City, WV; his grandchildren, Amber Isinghood (Caleb) of Paden City, WV, Aubrey Bohrer (Seth) of Morgantown, WV, Isaac Neff of Morgantown, WV and Katelyn (Joseph Layman) of New Martinsville, WV; and his great grandchildren, Flora Isinghood and Ellie Layman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
