She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shepherd and Mae Shepherd (Dawson); and her grandsons, Matthew Barker and Levi Southerly. She is survived by: her children, Shawn Owens of Wheeling, WV, Angie Barker (Brad) of Paden City, WV, Tammy Barker (Kenny) of St. Marys, WV and Jennifer Southerly (Michael) of Sistersville, WV; and her siblings, James Shepherd of Middlebourne, WV and Opal Billiter of New Martinsville, WV. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
