He was predeceased by: his daughter Patti Bailey Gallo. He is survived by: his wife Belle Bailey; his children, Joetta Eagle, Jarrell Bailey (Chris), Jason Bailey and Darrell Bailey; his grandchildren, Dan Gallo, Amanda Anderson-Rubenstein, Jarrell Bailey II, Chad Bailey, Omar Bailey and Brian Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Shelby-Jo Anderson, Pumpkin and Connor Bailey.
