It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronnie Freeland of Paden City, West Virginia, born in Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Freeland and Anna Freeland (Clasey); his stepson Mark Thompson; his grandson K. C. Thompson; and his siblings, Russell Freeland and Arletta Oliver.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Freeland (Henthorn); his son Rowdy James Freeland (Chrissi) of Zanesville, OH; his stepsons, Kevin Thompson of New Martinsville, WV and Brian Thompson of Paden City, WV; his daughters, Carolyn Morgan (Wes) of Marietta, OH and Robin Wallace (Dave) of Marietta, OH; his stepdaughter Tammy Hubbard (Thomas) of Lancaster, OH; and his siblings, Lester Freeland (Barb) of Cambridge, OH, Bobbie Freeland (Joyce) of Marietta, OH, Keith Freeland (Julie) of Marietta, OH and Barbara Foreman of Marietta, OH. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
