He is survived by: his wife Linda Forrester (Shreve); his children, Jamie Forrester Bates and Kenneth Scott Forrester of Wick, WV; his siblings, Gary Forrester of Wick, WV, Stevie Forrester of Middlebourne, WV, Dean Forrester (Twyla) of Moundsville, WV, Diane Glover (Don) of Middlebourne, WV, Karen Pratt (Bruce) of Shirley, WV, Debbie Lucas of Wick, WV and Cindy Lamp (Bob) of Wick, WV; and his grandchildren, Chelcie Long (Morgan), Joshua Bates, Kassidy Forrester and Gavin Forrester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
