She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar H. Jones and Grace Mlle Smith Jones; her husband Harold R. Burgess; her siblings, Phyllis E. Jones, David D. Jones and Edgar S. Jones; and her nephew James B. Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter Lya J. Burgess; her siblings, Janice Ellifritt Cox and James J. Jones; her sister-in-law Icy Mae Jones of East Canton, OH; and her cousin Dorothy H. Bode. She is also survived by 2 nieces and 5 nephews.
