She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Miller and Martha Miller (Shreves); her former husband James "Jim" Fluharty; her daughter Carmen Brown; and her siblings, Betty Anderson, Jerry Miller and James Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Hartzel Fordyce; her children, Connie Price (Ronnie) of Worthington, WV and Donald Fluharty (Angel) of Mannington, WV; her grandchildren, Joshua Clements (Carolyn), Chelsie Clements, Cody Fluharty (Kaitlyn), Dawson Fluharty (Jordan), Cheyenne Fluharty, Dalton Fluharty, Chloe Clements, John Volek, Miley, Paisleigh Fluharty, Faith Fluharty and Beau Fluharty; her stepgrandsons, Jason Brown (Wanda Carbasho) and Michael Brown; her sisters, Joyce Greathouse and Ruth Burr; and her siblings-in-law, Junior Fordyce, Gerald Fordyce (Carol), Clyde Fordyce (Connie), Anna Pearl Efaw, Paul Fordyce, Curtis Earl Fordyce and Carolyn Butts (Bernie). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
