He is survived by: his parent Meryl Waggoner (Rice); his spouse Sjoukja Waggoner (Campbell); his children, Christopher Waggoner (Jennifer) of Cottonwood, AL, Patty Gamber (Keith) of Taylor, AL, Rosaline, Miles of Paden City, WV and Tiffany Carney-Truhan (William) of McMechen, WV; his sister Vickie Brown (Cliff) of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Danny, Megan, Lenora, Maddie, Harrison, Greyson, Nadia, Justice, Tyler, Anna, Castiel, Noah, Emma, Nicolas and Billy.
