She is survived by: her parent Flora McKay (Harman); her spouse Nelson Lively; her children, Andy Lively (Sharon), David Lively and Tracy Nicholson of New Martinsville, WV; and her siblings, Richard McKay (Mary) of Brownsville, OH and Myra Shreves (Rick) of New Martinsville, WV. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
