She was predeceased by: her parents, David Eddy and Edna Eddy (Stephen); her son Phillip Richmond; and her brother Charles Eddy. She is survived by: her husband Jim Richmond; her son Eric Richmond (Anna) of Paden City, WV; her daughter-in-law Wendy Richmond of Weirton, WV; her grandchildren, Tyler Richmond (Brittany Fender), Courtney Hooper (Kerry) and Melissa Link (Joshua); her brother Ronald Eddy (Joyce) of Middlebourne, WV; her grandson Brad Nelson; and also Tracy Nelson. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes (309 N 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home - Paden City (309 N 4th Ave, Paden City, WV 26159).
