He is survived by: his significant other Karen Marcene "Ceny" Bowen (Thompson); his children, Jeff Bowen (Julie) of Millwood, WV and Kristy Bowen of Paden City, WV; his grandchildren, Kyle Postlethwait (Kayla) of Paden City, WV, Taylor Fisher (Jacob) of Millwood, WV, Kendall Bowen of Richmond, VA, Erin McIntyre (Zach Ware) of New Martinsville, WV, Ally Johnson of Memphis, TN and Monroe of Millwood, WV; and his great grandchild Delilah Fisher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
