He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Stead (Sidwell); and his grandparents, Guy, Mary Sidwell, Floyd "Pete" and Margie Stead.
He is survived by: his father Kenneth D. Stead of Paden City, WV; his wife Lorie J. Stead (Clabough); his son Justin Stead of Paden City, WV; his brothers, Randy Stead (Valerie) of Clarksville, TN and Michael Stead of Beach Island, SC; and his pet Jinks. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sistersville Baptist Church (506 Wells St, Sistersville, WV 26175). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Sistersville Elks Lodge #333, 333 Charles Street, Sistersville, WV 26175 put scholarship fund in the memo.
