He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Toman and Josie Toman; his wife Judy Sandrick Toman; his children, Michael (Lisa Toman), John (Marcia Toman), Edward (Michelle Toman) and Rebecca (Michael Winters); and also Jo Ann Bonenberger of Wheeling. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons.
