She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerstelle Michael and Geraldine Tusic (Weekley); her daughter Heather Billiter; and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Tusic, Francis "Jake" and Melvin Billiter.
She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Billiter; her son Stephen "Todd" Billiter (Chris) of New Martinsville, WV; and her siblings, Michael Tusic of Tuscaloosa, AL and Beverly Roberts (Darnell Deitrich) of Paden City. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
