He is survived by: his parents, David "Mike" Hickman (Rene) and Nannette Raber (Tom); his wife Angel Hickman; his pets, Carley Michael, Kami Jo, Chloe Dawn, Harley and Crew; his sisters, Carrie Haught (TJ) of Weirton, WV, Kailee Hickman of Myrtle Beach, SC and Lydia Hickman of Sistersville, WV; his stepfather Fred Midcap (Dannehl); his stepgrandmother Sara Midcap; his mother-in-law Shirley Newman; his siblings-in-law, Crystal Rush (Rodney) and Tim Cecil (Maureen); his stepsister Stephanie Corathers (Jason); and his brothers-in-law, Greg Newman and Adam "Moose" Newman (Cheryl).
