She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Kinser and Roxie Beckett Kinser; her husband Charles 'Jack Clark; her siblings, Dorothy Ward, Inas Mullins, Alfred Kinser, Tommy Kinser, Louise Lakotas, Ruby Gilman, Eunice Caperton and Naman Kinser; and her son Ronnie Collins.
She is survived by: her son David Collins (Crystal) of Madison; her daughter-in-law Helen Sue of Ottawa; her daughter Bobbi Jo Walden of Barboursville; and her grandchildren, Jonathan Collins, Joseph Collins, Scott Davis, Mary White, Racheal Cook, Kasey Cook, Joe David Collins, Lynsie Maynard, Logan Collins, Jake Collins, Shay Harper and Ethan Wiley. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
