It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Groves of Orma, West Virginia, born in Charleston, West Virginia, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Drake and Lucille Smith Drake; her stepson Jeffery Groves; and her brother Rex "Buddy" Drake. She is survived by: her husband James E. Groves; her children, James Matheney (Kaylyn) of Sheridan and Sarah Whiting (Brett) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Nicholas Matheney, Natalie Matheney, Colby Whiting and Chelsea Whiting; and her sister Karen Hicks of Parkersburg.
