She is survived by: her parent Goldie McCoy Henderson; her children, Annette Spaur of Spencer, Nannette Sampson of Arnoldsburg, Dennis Spaur and Tammy Houchin of Orma; her stepchildren, Terry L. Carter of Parkersburg and Thomas C. Simons of Gassaway; her sister Angela A. Hoffman Potter; and also Laura A. Hoffman Pauley. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and nine step great grandchildren.
