He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wine and Frena Heath Wine. He is survived by: his wife Lorna Mick Wine; his children, Dwight Morgan Wine of Wheeling, WV and Patricia Sue Barr of Parkersburg; his grandchildren, Kevin Ranson, Shonda Ranson, Arik Ranson, Alexa Hathaway, Matthew and Chris Wine; his great grandchildren, Noah and Nicholas Ranson; and his siblings, Dana Wine, Jean Blake (Faye), Dale Wine, Larry Wine, Richard Wine (Patty) and Lola Lawson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
