He was predeceased by: his parents, William Skinner and Pearl Blake Skinner; his son Terry Skinner; his grandchildren, Walker Darnell Webb Jr. (Squirt), Dawson Lee Skinner and Annie Louise Skinner; and his sisters, Shirley Windsor and Shelba Deavers.
He is survived by: his close friend Melanie Conrad of Orlando; his sons, Donald Skinner of Orlando, WV and Darren Skinner of Harrisonburg, VA; his stepchildren, Dennis Franks of Luray, VA, Charlotte Stidham of Luray, VA and Carol Jewell of Luray, VA; and his siblings, Edstal Skinner and Judy Persinger of Winchester, VA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
