He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Allen and Gladis Allen (Ratliff); and his siblings, Ivan "Skip" Allen, Jim Allen and Barbara Allen.
He is survived by: his sons, Frank Allen (April Thayer) of Orlando and David "Dave" Allen (Ocie) of Orlando; his brother Ronald Roy "Jug" Allen (Cheryl Kay Moats) of Cleveland; and his grandsons, Levi Allen, Noah Allen, Dylan Cutlip, Jaden Thayer and Jordan Thayer.
