He is survived by: his mother Mary Kelly (Freeman) of Rocky Fork; his children, Mary Rader of Belpre, OH, Charles Persinger II of Parkersburg, WV and Margaret Wyatt of Glenville, WV; his siblings, Jerry Persinger of Rocky Fork, James Persinger of Belleville, WV, Etta Sterling of Oakland, MD and Thomas Kelly of Belpre, OH.; and his close friend Delaina Persinger of Rocky Fork. He is also survived by grandkids, and numerous, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins.
