He was predeceased by: his father John Henry Holstein; and his sister Brenda Woodrum. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline F. Jones Holstein of Orgas; his sons, Chris Holstein (Stacey) of Prenter, Joseph Holstein (Nancy) of Rupert and Michael Skeens of Drawdy; his mother Thelma Lucille Jarrell Scarbro of Orgas; and his siblings, Ricky Holstein (Gayla) of Ashford, Scotty Holstein (Yolanda) of Orgas, Vickie Holden (Willis), Juanita Johnson (Doug) of Dry Creek and Carol Steele of Orgas. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
