She is survived by: her children, Julie Mongold (Tommy) of Petersburg, WV, Polly Hartman (Kelly) of Franklin, WV, Jamie Simpson (Matt) of Franklin, WV and Joshua Helmick (Amanda) of Petersburg, WV; her siblings, Ruby Kisamore of Onego, WV, Rebecca Teter of Onego, WV, Rose Mary Brackman of Sugar Grove, WV, Ruthaleen "Susie" Hartman (Roy) of Franklin, WV, Robert Long (Patricia) of Petersburg, WV and Richard Conrad of Rivesville, WV; her grandchildren, Michael Brunelle, David Brunelle Jr. (Sarah), Cassandra McDowell, Haley Hartman (Blake), Cheyenne Dayton (Levi), Dustin Simpson (Mallory), Hilary Smith (Brandon), Devon Helmick (Kiersten) and Destiny Helmick (Branson); her great grandchildren, Makynley, Ashlyn, Olyvia and Jackson of Travis, TJ; and her pet Quinn.
